Payment Methods

Simply Voluptuous offers fast and easy ways to purchase our items. We gladly accepts the following forms of payment: Visa MasterCard  Discover American Express.  Unfortunately we do not accept money orders or checks.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping and handling charges are determined by the dollar amount of your order. These charges are calculated before taxes.  Simply Voluptuous only ships items within the United States and Canada. 

All items are shipped FedEx home delivery is our standard shipping method in the United States and United States Postal Service via Canadian Post Mail in Canada. Orders are processed the next business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), pending card authorization and verification.

Orders shipped via standard delivery should arrive within 7-10 business days. Standard delivery is not available Saturday or Sunday. Standard delivery is not available to P.O. boxes.

 

Order Delays

In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or e-mail within 24 hours. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order.  Prices and availability are subject to change prior to shipment. Should this occur, you will be notified by email or phone, and given the option to accept these changes or cancel the order.

Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, call or send Simply Voluptuous an email to receive an authorization number.  The item(s) MUST be returned to Simply Voluptuous within 10 days of the shipping date in unworn with all tags attached, perfect condition, accompanied with the original purchase receipt and authorization number.  Unauthorized returns and exchanges will be refused and returned to sender.  Sorry, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges or return postage.

Costume and worn items can not be returned. Sale merchandise is final.

Simply Voluptuous will promptly credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items at which time you receive an email confirmation.  Returns will be refunded in the method of original payment.

Change your mind, after you placed an order?

If you wish to request an order change or cancel an order, please call Simply Voluptuous or send an email within two (2) hours of placing your order.  Cancellations requested beyond the two hour time frame will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.  When you contact Simply Voluptuous to request an order change or to make a cancellation, please include your name, address, phone number and order number.  Simply Voluptuous cannot accept cancellations one the items are shipped.

We respect the privacy and security of our users. When you make a purchase of in our store, we ask for your name, e-mail address, and some other personal information that is necessary to process your order.

The privacy and protection of your personal information is vitally important to us. We do not rent or sell your personal information. As with all personally identifiable information, we do not make such information available to any third parties without your permission. Any user statistics that we may provide to sponsors regarding usage of Simply Voluptuous are provided in the aggregate only and do not include any personally identifiable information about any individual user.

Security Policy
